Edcouch-Elsa High School:  PATRON Letter

To whom it may concern:

Hello.  We hope you receive this letter in good health and wonderful spirits.  Our drama department is looking for PATRONS, or sponsors, for the 2007-08 school year and season.  With your generosity, we will be able to produce more professional-quality plays, as well as continue to build our theater program for the future.  Below is how our patron system would break down—

PRODUCERS                          Gifts of $200 or more.

DIRECTORS                           Gifts of $100 or more.

STAGE MANAGERS                  Gifts of $50 or more.

ACTORS                                Gifts of $25 or more.

CREW                                   Gifts of $10 or more.

Your contribution will be greatly appreciated, and will be listed in our programs for all productions this academic year.  The money we raise will help buy costumes, props, as well as help pay for royalties for performing our shows.
